-We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

-Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

-Original shipping costs are non-refundable

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping

-Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

-Item must be returned in original condition

-Exchanges are subject to product availability


Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

-Custom or personalized items

-Wax melts (for hygiene and safety reasons)

-Earrings (if applicable, for hygiene reasons)

-Sale or clearance items

-Custom orders

-UV DTFs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
